Our team is international, multi-cultural and has a strong music background, as well as professional experience across many disciplines: from advertising to photography, from social sciences to languages through to psychology. Team Lead|Production Supervisor|Audio Engineer

Alessio Miseri

Alessio works at amp as our Production Supervisor, coordinating all phases of production, ensuring high quality from project to project. With a Master’s Degree in Sound Engineering from Tor Vergata University in Rome, he has vast experience and knowledge in music production, sound design and post-production processes – but also possesses outstanding cooking skills! After some time acclimating to the city, he has conquered Munich with the support of a local techno label and friends. Bruh.

Senior Strategist

Anselm Büchler

Born in Germany and grew up in France, Anselm is at home in Asia where he completed his Masters focusing on Design Thinking. He is well versed in navigating the design nuances across cultures, with his professional experiences in Japan and Singapore, bridging ideas from the East and West effectively. Anselm specializes in innovative Brand Communication and CX Design. As a Senior Strategist at amp, he focuses on driving the topic of Voice, Best Audio Brands as well as working with companies to design new ways of improving their sonic communications across all touchpoints.
He enjoys searching for and listening to new music and artists for leisure, and sings the best rendition of ‘Fresh’ by Kool & The Gang – but only in the shower.

Bjorn Thorleifsson

With a keen interest in the practical applications of the combination of music and psychology to the “real world” and educational background in psychology and sound-engineering, it was a natural outcome to combine those things in a Masters in Consumer Behaviour, focusing on how music affects peoples consumption.
His personal passion for music started by boogying down on a tuba, which slowly evolved to him making music in his spare time and if you listen carefully you might be able to hear his songs on the radio in Iceland.

Music Production Assistant

Martyna Kubicz

Martyna Kubicz works in AMP as a music production assistant. She is a producer, composer, vocalist, pianist, and performer hailing from Wrocław Poland where she graduated from couple of public music schools. Her higher education obtained in Berlin at the Bimm Berlin Institute (British and Irish Modern Music Institute) with the bachelor of Songwriting. Martyna is taking care of the production sides at AMP such as creating music edits and layouts, scoring and occasionally accords her vocals for production purposes. Martyna also runs her own music project called MIN t where she combines dark experimental electronic productions with souly, R&B vocals. She has released an album called “Assemblage” which got recognition in Poland and Germany where she performed at many important festivals.

Patrick Kattoura

Patrick is a passionate lifelong musician. He has played trumpet for 15 years and percussion for 8 years. He is also a capable music editor and an enthusiastic composer/producer. In the spring of 2015, Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Skidmore College, in Saratoga Springs, New York. In parallel with his studies, Patrick is co-founder, percussionist, and songwriter in a three-piece alternative rock band – Dope Mosely. His interdisciplinary work at amp seamlessly combines many of his academic and musical skills, as well as his personal areas of interest and his multicultural background – Patrick is a U.S. citizen who was raised in Munich, Germany.

Karolina Namyslowski

Karolina has worked for amp since the early beginnings. She studied musicology and music informatics at the University of Music in Karlsruhe, and cultural studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Karolina is the mastermind behind all creative briefings. Experienced in association of music moods with sound attributes, Karolina guides the development of our clients’ sound identities in a comprehensive way. Blessed with a deep and infinite music repertoire know-how, she is amp’s very own Spotify. Karolina also has a soft spot for Oasis and cats.

Junior Sonic Branding Strategist

Jessica Reininger

Jessica is our Junior Sonic Branding Strategist at amp, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and market research. According to this knowledge, she analyzes brands towards their use of sound, supports the development of sonic branding strategies for clients, and works on research related tasks. She developed and deepened her affinity to music in her teenage years when she entered a choir doing voice training and started taking dance lessons in jazz-dance and hip-hop and is now especially interested in the ways sound influences people on a cognitive and emotional level.
